Beaumanor Hall

 

Beaumanor Hall took over from Fort Bridgewoods Chatham Kent due to Heavy bombing raids on Chatham during 1940 along with the loss of life one night of the ATS operators changing shifts and along with increasing traffic from the Germans just across the channel in the low counties and France.
